- Beat eggs until light.
- Add remaining ingredients and beat until well blended.
- Batter should be like heavy cream.
- Fill well-greased muffin tins or custard cups 1/2 full.
- Bake at 450F for 20 minutes, reduce heat to 350F and bake 20 minutes longer.
