  • Brown beef with onion; drain.
  • Add spaghetti sauce and seasoning.
  • Simmer 10 minutes.
  • Prepare popover batter by whisking eggs with milk and oil.
  • Add flour; beat until smooth, and then spoon sauce mixture into 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, pour batter evenly over mixture.
  • Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes.

  3. I quite enjoyed this. I really wasn't sure what to expect and am still not sure how it was technically supposed to turn out, but the popover topping fell when I took it out of the oven and ended up being pretty flat. It all still tasted good together though, so nobody cared!
     
  4. I will definetly make this recipe again. I am one of those pizza loving adults, who can eat it 365 days per years and be happy. This was a nice twist to a food I love. I think next time, I will slightly grease my baking dish. It stuck around the sides somewhat, but not all that bad.
