      While I'm not so sure I am totally thrilled with the combination of baked beans and spinach I loved how fast and healthy it was. So it is a 3 for taste and a 5 for "cool, I don't have to order a pizza", which averages to a 4! — Oct 18, 2004 Now I'm updating. I thought of this recipe tonight when I was trying to come up with something really fast for dinner. I microwaved some frozen spinach and heated up a can of lentil soup. I put the spinach in a bowl and poured some soup overtop. It was excellent, healthy, and super fast. So I recommend it is a variation!
