Delicious flavor! I did find the cook time to be too long - lowered the temperature to 400 and cooked for 25 minutes which was perfect.
Have updated to 5 stars - I make this often now. My kids who don't like cauliflower love it! It is great for leftovers too (if there are any...)

This was very tasty. I left out the sugar completely and used one large cauliflower. Next time I will only use half the amount of oil and only bake for 20 minutes.

This was quite good. I used a combination of cauliflower and broccoli, since that is what I had. I sprayed the pan and then just did a light sprinkling of oil, salt and sugar (I am not sure it really needs the sugar). The spices and roasting method were wonderful. I did take it out after 25 minutes. We are big veggie eaters, so even with an increase to 12 ounces, it fed two of us as a side dish. Thanks, Mosma!
