Reviews

  1. I always use a bit of sugar with the butter. Make it taste like lobster.

  2. EASY & TASTY! Amazing how this tastes like lobster. Makes me wonder if I'm getting this when I order lobster, lol.

  3. I had two pounds of cod. I used the cup butter but used 1/2 teaspoon of salt, pepper and old bay. I had to cook mine for 40 minutes as my cod was thick. My family really enjoyed this. They asked me why I didn't cook more. It did have too much butter and I would cut that by half next time but this had a great taste to it.

  4. We all LOVE lobster, but here in the Great lakes it's expensive. My DH called his mother to rave about this recipe! My daughter who hates cod loves this recipe. It's a KEEPER!!!

  5. I will make this again but I will use half og the butter - very good - even my picky fish eaters loved it.

Tweaks

  1. No tweaks. I always cook it "straight" first, then tweak to taste. This doesn't seem to need any.
