This is my rendition of a Poor Man's Dinner because nearly everyone should have the ingredients on hand. This is one my family's favorite meals.

  1. Preheat oven at 350.
  2. Brown the ground beef with onion and garlic.
  3. Add the tomato sauce, corn, and rice and mix together.
  4. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Put the dish in the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is nice and melted.
