Poor Man's Caviar (Halloween Dip)
"A mellow cracker or pita spread. Serve as you would caviar. Use the shredded carrots as a touch of orange for a Halloween potluck. Otherwise leave the carrots out."

ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) can pitted black olives
- 15 green olives
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons shredded carrots
directions
- Put all the above ingredients in food processor (except carrots) and pulse until they resemble caviar. Serve w/crackers.
