Cook 12 hrs
- 3 -4 lbs roast (arm, chuck, etc.)
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce (a little less than 1 Tbsp.)
- Place roast in crock-pot with water to cover, about 1-inch.
- Mix ingredients and place over roast.
- Cook on low 12 to 14 hours.
- Separate with fork and serve on buns or bread.
