From a Energy magazine we receive recipe by Corrine Tandy
- 1 lb 85% lean ground beef
- 1⁄4 cup onion, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup mushroom, sliced
- 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1⁄2 cup green olives, chopped
- salt and pepper
- Combine all ingredients and form into patties.
- Grill until done.
These burgers are great. They have a really great taste. I omitted the green olive. After slicing the mushrooms, I decided to chop them. Thanks Charlotte. Made for PAC Spring 2009
