  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened fruit juice or 1 tablespoon berry juice
  • 13 cup honey
  • 14 cup condensed milk or 1/4 cup light cream

  • Combine all ingredients and mix well until blended. Delicious as a topping or as a dessert all in itself! Store in a tight-fitting jar in the fridge.

  1. The best! I wanted to post this recipe, too but you snuck in ahead of me. I own the original cookbook! I like to use creamed, also known as whipped honey for regular liquid honey. Several good recipes posted on Zaar for sweetened condensed milk in case you're out or can't but it where you live. I love HUNNY!
