      My sisters and I grew up on these pancakes! Thank you so much for posting the recipe! I was remembering fondly that my Dad was the pancake chef in our house, and I just made them for my son as a tribute to my Dad on Father's day! (my sister is glad to have it too)

      Great pancakes - I used Willamette Valley blueberries (which are very large berries) and added an additional couple of tablespoons, so the pancakes were just bursting with berry goodness. Made for Spring 2012 My 3 Chefs. Edited to add: this batter is very thick, so I added about a tablespoon or so of milk to thin it out.
