  1. Dice Tomatoes.
  2. Smash and Dice Garlic.
  3. Chiffonade Basil.
  4. Dice Onion.
  5. Heat 10" Saute Pan.
  6. Add EVOO.
  7. When Hot Add Onions, Tomatoes, Garlic.
  8. Cook 3 Minutes.
  9. Add Basil.
  10. Cook 1 Minute.
  11. Add Salt And Pepper.

Great recipe - perfectly simple! I used 1/2 fresh roma tomatoes and 1/2 petite diced from a can. I also had to use dried basil and added fresh parsley to have a fresh herb (it was all I had on hand). It was delicious - a great quick, fresh tomato sauce for summer pastas!
