I needed 2 ingredients to publish this, so I divided the amount of the juice to get two. Remember you need to use a total of 16 ounces. No sugar is added to this recipe. Can be used in the Pomegranate Clementine Butter recipe.
- Boil pomegranate juice in a heavy saucepan over medium-low heat until reduced to 1/4 cup.
- Watch so it does not burn.
