Pomegranate juice is so healthy, yet rich enough that only a small amount is needed to make a soothing, tea-like beverage. The lemon adds extra health benefits, if fresh squeezed. I will add, since the pomegranate juice is not included in the nutrition facts, that this drink has about 43 calories. I hope you enjoy. :-)
- 1 cup water, just boiled
- 1⁄4-1⁄3 cup pomegranate juice (or any pomegranate-berry type blend)
- 1 -2 tablespoon lemon juice (add to taste)
- Pour the juices into a mug while your kettle boils. Add the water and sip away!
