This is one of our favorite recipes!! We had it tonight and we have it every other week or so. I add some Tony Cacheries seasoning to give it some kick.

This is a yummy ,easy dish! I added 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cider vinegar, and 1 extra tablespoon brown sugar to jazz it up a little more. I used fresh minced garlic and added in a pinch of ground ginger and a red bell pepper in addition to the green pepper. My family enjoyed this .I loved the addition of the tomatoes, they were tasty in this! I am always looking for something different to do with smoked sausage and this is a great recipe to have! King Hawaiian Rolls were good with this . Thanks for posting!

Just like you said, quick, easy, and yummy! I've made this a few times over the years (I think I found it in Quick Cooking as well...) and it is a good weeknight meal recipe to have on hand!

This is a nice weeknight dinner as it comes together in a matter of minutes. It is quite tasty and is very filling. I will make this again, but may leave out the tomatoes and just add some juice since I think this would just as good without them. Thanks for a great recipe!
