Very nice, easy, sweet tasting recipe. Got the kids interested when they wouldn't normally eat pork chops, I use low-sodium soy sauce just to make it a little healthier :)

These were a great "in a pinch" meal. We had the ingredients on hand, and it was quick and easy to pull together after a busy day. We needed to add an extra dollop of honey because the canned pineapples we used were a bit on the tart side. Also, to add to the instructions, I removed the pork after browning them and added them back after I brought the sauce ingredients to a boil. I didn't cover this as it simmered, and it reduced the sauce to a really great consistency. Thanks for posting this recipe!
