This is so yummy!! I threw it all in the Crockpot before leaving for work on a Friday morning; the pork was amazingly tender and moist. Leftovers even better! I added a palm full of crushed red pepper, just because we like things a little kicky. Great recipe; the family voted it into the regular rotation

Have been making this (almost identical) recipe for years as well. I always add garlic (2 - 3 cloves crushed - or fine diced) and tonight, tried a different twist. Instead of salt and pepper mixed into the flour, I added about 1 1/2 - 2 tsp (I eyeballed it - could have been a tablespoon) of curry powder. A subtle change that added another dimension to the pork ... was very good and very well received.

Followed recipe exactly. Easy to make. Thought it was ok, but wouldn't make again.

This was something a lot different then we usually have, so it got mixed reviews. We all thought there was too much pineapple, making this too sweet. Other then that, it was pretty good.

This was a great dinner, enjoyed by all. I'll be adding this to my monthly rotation.Very quick and easy to make. I did add a carrot only because it was there and I like color. Great recipe, thank you.

SUper easy and yummy for dinner tonight!! I had some leftover pork roast that I used. I omitted the green pepper and celery due to family dislikes but that would definitely make it colorful. Thanks, Laffer!

This one made me think to a wonderful Island dish that impressed me a number of years back. Love the combination! Followed the recipe exactly and found it both appealing on the serving platter and perfect served over the rice. This one is going to see to a good many makings at our house - special enough for company and it's going to my next potluck! Thank you for sharing.

I kinda cheated a bit on this recipe but the outcome was still great. I had some... well a lot of ham left over from last nights feast so I used that as the meat and added that at the end just to heat it up, also I scaled it down but I dont think those changes really effected the nice flavor. This recipe was a great clean the fridge dish since I had left over ham pineapples and rice. Plan on making this again, thanks for posting!
