"I had this at a function a few years ago, but don't remember where. I wrote down the recipe and just came across it. I remember it was good or I would not have bothered with the recipe. Hope you enjoy!!! I have guessed at the number of servings."

ingredients

• 236.59 ml mayonnaise
• 236.59 ml sour cream
• 2 clove garlic, minced
• 14.79 ml soy sauce
• 2.46 ml ginger
• 226.79 g boiled shrimp, chopped
• 59.14 ml onion, chopped
• 59.14 ml fresh parsley, chopped
• 59.14 ml water chestnut, chopped
• salt

directions

1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Serve with your favorite chips or crackers.
