This recipe looked so easy and delicious I really wanted to try it, but for some reason I kept thinking pork chops instead of chicken, so that's what I used. I did use Copycat Lipton's Onion Soup Mix, but used Kraft Thousand Island and store brand orange marmalade. The chops were bone in, and a little fatty, so the sauce was really thin. I put it in a sauce pan and it thickened quickly with a water and cornstarch slurry. This was super easy to make and really good! Can't wait to try it again the RIGHT way with chicken!

Excellent! I made this in the crock pot and cooked it for 6 hours on low. I added a tin of mushrooms and thickened it about 1/2 hour before done.
This chicken is so delicious and so easy! I used skinless boneless thighs. The sauce is tangy and sweet. I did uncover the last 15 as you mentioned to thicken the sauce. I also took your advice and used Graybert's recipe 100355 for the thousand island dressing....it is fantastic. Thanx for posting this and referring me to a great salad dressing! I will make this again for sure!
