Simple enough and oh so flavorful! I appreciate that there are very few additional calories with so much additional flavor! I used Sazon Dry Spice Mix to replicate the Sazon and Adobo Seasoning - Salt Free for the adobo. It was pouring buckets, so my original plan to grill the legs (what I had on hand) was dashed, but popping them into the oven for 45 minutes at 350 did the trick. I had a couple left, and hid them in the back of the fridge - gotta figure out what to make with that 'pulled' chicken! Thanks for sharing another winner, GailAnn!
Amazingly flavorful chicken! I used skinless breasts and pan fried them, very good! Seems to be a fool proof recipe, turns out great which ever way.
Excellent recipe! I made as directed but only allowed 1 hour for marinading. Baked at 375 for 45 minutes and had a great dinner. Will do this for sure again and again. Made for ZWT8 The Wild Bunch.
This was really good! We liked it a lot. I used really garlic instead of powder. I also did 375 but for 50 min. I will be making this again! I usually don't like baked chicken but I was very impressed with this. Next time, I will have my husband grill it!
This was a delicious recipie. I grilled mine and used Sazon with Culantro and Achiote.
