Very tasty and very simple to make. I used 4 bone-in thighs for the 2 of us, but made the whole amount of sauce, since I wanted some for the pasta I was serving with it. Wouldn't change anything, ingredient-wise. I would like to try the rabbit version also, but I am the only one who will eat it. :(
I made this with just the drumsticks and loved it. I especially enjoyed the flavor of the herbs and the relatively low cooking time.
