This was an easy to make, delicious meal. The white wine turned out to be delicious with this. I would definitely make this again.

Loved this great flavorful chicken! Easy to make, with ingredients always on hand, and very tasty indeed. I didn't use the optional wine this time but may try it next time. Thanks for sharing the recipe! Made for the Best of 2020 Event (recommended by Baby Kato)

What a fantastic dish. We loved this quick and easy to make meal. I used a whole chicken, which I cut up and all the ingredients, except for the wine. My dh declined sauce with this dish. It was perfect. Crisp, beautifully flavored and cooked perfectly. Thank you so much for sharing this treat. I will make this again and again. It had such wonderful flavor. :)

Really, really liked this! I chose the dry option without the wine, and loved the crispness of the outside with the wonderful moistness of the chicken thighs I used. Saving this one to my keeper cookbook for 2009! Made for Zaar 123 hits tag.

If you like garlic, you'll love this! We made it in two pans, not having one pan big enough, and made the sauce in one. Your choice: crispy or moist; both are delicious. Super simple to do and delightfully different from what we would usually do with these ingredients. I worried about the amount of oil/fat, but if kept hot, nearly all of it pours off. Made for Zaar World Tour 5.

Wow. This recipe is proof that the simplest recipes can be the best. It took minutes to get into the pan and then you basically forget about it except to turn occasionally. Meanwhile you can get your sides ready. I did make the sauce using a Chenin Blanc which worked very well, but this chicken is fabulous on it's own. Thanks for sharing!
