I've been making these for a while now so I thought I would update my review. This is what I have settled on: 2bs olive oil, 2 tbs lime juice and 1/2 cup water. I don't let them rest. I have used all white flour and all wheat flour. I think you could even try gluten-free flour but they will crumble some.

Hmmmm...
I suppose that I have a small obsession with cooking and specifically cooking with Mexican and Tex-Mex ingredients. Living in New Zealand means I have a really hard time getting my hands on these ingredients and so I have started my own recipie zaar page in order to keep the dream alive. A few things about me:
1)I mostly cook Vegetarian and love finding/creating vegetarian/vegan versions of meaty things. I believe in moderation - especially with animal products.
2)I like things that are good for me but I don't like to feel like I'm sacrificing too much. I'm much more concerned with what I'm getting (like vitamins/minerals) than what I'm tring to omit (like calories, fat). I need my food to both taste and feel good.
3) Homegrown vegetables are my idea of the perfect gift.
4)I like things spicy.
I guess in the end I just hope to share some good stuff and learn some new things.
