I am the food service director for an upscale senior center. I made this for dinner recently for 40 and everyone loved it. I made as written and it is perfect. Thanks for sharing.

I served breakfast for dinner with a side of Recipe #57368 #57368. This is the seasoning combo my mother used when making fresh kielbasa for the holidays. I used homemade chicken stock in place of the beer. These taste incredible! I cooked them in my George Foreman grill and froze some for later. Great OAMC recipe for solo diners like me. Made for PAC Spring 2007. Thanks Mikey, this recipe is a keeper.
