  • 3 tablespoons dried rose hips
  • 2 tablespoons dried hawthorne berries
  • 2 tablespoons dried elderberries
  • 2 tablespoons dried raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons dried raspberry leaves
  • 1 tablespoon dried mountain ash berries

Directions

  1. Crush in mortar.
  2. Mix and store in container.
  3. To make tea, steep 1 spoonful 10 minutes.
