Polish Breakfast Sandwich

"One of my Grandson's favorites...and Grandpa's too. The key to this sandwich is twofold. One...don't overcook the egg. Two...use good onion rolls. Enjoy. CAUTION: The Surgeon General has determined that using deli ham instead of keilbasa will alter the nationality of this sandwich and could result in cultural pollution. It does work though."

  1. WOW! I didn't even try to lower the calories on this! I WILL eat a lighter lunch and dinner today. This will make you as happy as a pig in slop! (Don't ask me how I know that - I just do!) I followed directions and also mixed mustard with the mayo as Merlot's hubby did, YUM! I may never have another one, but this was worth the "weight" LOL. Thanks for this hearty breakfast treat MT. Made for When It's Hot Game.

  2. First, I would like to thank you so much for your lovely 5-star review of my Chalet Appetizer. To show my appreciation, I have made and review this great breakfast sandwich. Had the neighbors over this morning and made it for them. What a quick and easy breakfast. My hubby also put mustard on his sandwich which was very good mixed with the mayonnaise. Everyone LOVED this. Thanks for sharing, MTDavids!

Passions: My family (have 4 grandsons), standing next to my grill at the lake on a warm summer day with a beer or 3 in my hand, and the Montana Grizzlies football team. Pet peeves: Whining professional athletes' salaries, boaters who run across my fishing line while I'm trolling, and women who insist on driving while I'm behind the wheel (not you sweetheart, you make critical navigational observations).
