Word Poki says nothing to me, but it was well worth finding out this recipe! It is tuna chopped, marinated and eaten uncooked as an appetizer. Quite fantastic, really!

Excellent light and pleasantly complex poki recipe -- the soy sauce does not overpower the tuna as in some lesser recipes. I used 1.5 tablespoons of Sriracha sauce, and that combined with the freshly grated ginger juice made the poki perfectly spicy.
I love Poki! I eat it at least once a week at sushi bars. Now I can make my own at home. It even tastes better. thank you for the recipe......
Oh boy, do we love Poki (poke?) and this version is very good. Unfortunately, I only get to make it when I take a trip to the big city to buy Ahi. DH and I could eat this every other day and not get tired of it.
