  • 1 cup canned corn, drained
  • 1 large tomatoes, diced
  • 23 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli, diced
  • 1 cup cauliflower, diced
  • 1 large carrot, diced
  • 6 tablespoons mixed sprouts
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 12 cup fat-free thousand island salad dressing
  • 6 whole pita pockets, cut in half

directions

  • Mix together all of the ingredients but the pita bread.
  • Fill pita pockets with the veggie filling.
  • Serve chilled.
