  • Place approximately 2 tbs of water in a small bowl.
  • Crack egg and gently transfer into bowl.
  • Pierce the yolk once with a knife.
  • Microwave for 45 sec - 1 min, will vary with your microwave.

  1. This simple recipe makes commercial fast food obsolete! I add what ever bottle sauce I have in the fridge, and bread for a good breakfast sandwich (or snack). I am thinking maybe ham, cheese, egg on a bagel.
