Thisa recipe was adapted from the Mrs. Dash website. Its great. I used homemade broth in this recipe

  1. Combine the broth and Mrs. Dash seasoning in a saucepan; mix well. Bring to a boil. Add the chicken breasts. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 20 minutes or until done. Once the chicken is cooked, remove to a plate and cover with foil. Raise the heat to high and boil the liquid for 5 minutes to reduce. Add the butter to the broth and whisk until melted. Boil for another 2 minutes and turn off the heat. Taste the sauce and add more seasoning if needed. Slice each chicken breast into 5-6 pieces, arange on a plate. Spoon the sauce over the chicken.

I made this chicken to use in chicken salad. I used the broth and Mrs Dash. I cooked my chicken for 30 minutes as it didn't seem done at 20 minutes. I let it cool and then chopped it up for chicken salad. When I tasted this, it was a bit peppery for me with the Mrs Dash but once I put it in the chicken salad I thought it was just enough spice.
