From August 2000 Fitness magazine.
- 3⁄4 cup chocolate soymilk
- 1 1⁄4 cups frozen unsweetened raspberries
- 1⁄2 cup banana, sliced
- 3⁄4 cup chocolate sorbet
- 2 tablespoons of fresh mint, chopped
- Combine soy milk, berries, and banana in a blender.
- Add sorbet and mint.
- Blend until smooth.
Burst of flavors! Made this with Chocolate Sorbet, and it was wonderfully rich and creamy. Not a drink, though, but more like a blender ice cream, but that didn't matter at all! I couldn't get raspberries, so I used a mixture of sour cherries, blueberries and cranberries, and that went wonderfully with the dark chocolate sorbet. Thanks for posting this!
