Wonderful with Chinese food or use as a glaze over chicken. It can be a dip, very versatile
- 1 cup plum jam
- 1⁄2 cup chutney (any kind but you want a fairly strong flavor)
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan, cook over medium heat, make sure it is well blended and bubbling.
- Pour into a sterilized jar & refrigerate.
Didn't have Tabasco, so made w/o it. Pretty good, thanks.
