Playboy Sesame Chicken Salad Dressing

"While my husband was the Executive at a small Mediterranean restaurant he was passed this recipe by the owner, who previously worked with the ex- Sous of the Mansion in Las Vegas. Unfortunately it makes an industrial size batch, but we can all be Bunnies for the day while we enjoy this dressing. Serve over grilled chicken salad with fried wonton noodles and mandarin orange slices. Yummy!!!"

• Yields: 5 gallons

ingredients

• 2 quarts salad oil
• 6 cups sesame oil
• 24 quarts soy sauce
• 3 quarts white vinegar
• 6 cups orange juice
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh garlic cloves
• 3⁄4 cup dry mustard
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger
• 9 cups sugar

directions

1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Serve with salad.
