"This great tasting sauce goes well with hot fresh plantain chips."

ingredients

• 12 garlic cloves
• 2 limes, juice of
• 59.14 ml white vinegar
• 59.14 ml extra virgin olive oil

directions

1. First, mince the garlic cloves.
2. Second, mix all other ingredients together.
3. Third, throw all ingredients in a small sauce pan over medium heat.
4. Fourth, stir until minced garlic is golden brown and remove from heat.
5. Last, spread over hot fresh plantain chips and enjoy.
