  1. Drop quinoa in rice cooker.
  2. Fill in with filtered water per rice cooker instruction.
  3. Add olive oil and salt.
  4. Let it cook until rice cooker turns off (about 20 minutes).

I made this to serve with chicken curry as I am no longer eating rice and it didn't disappoint, in fact I liked it better than rice. I followed the recipe and it turned out lovely light and fluffy, This will be made a few times a week, not just with curry but it has lot's of possibilities. thank you for posting. Hi, I tried this recipe for the first time and I love Quinoa.I got it in bulk but it did not say to rinse it and there was no recipe so I used yours.It is so good I think I will replace my rice dishes with Quinoa. Thank you for posting it
