No canned soups, no fancy ingredients chef can add-to with multitude of ingredients. People ask for my recipe all the time.
- 4 chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1⁄2-1 cup onion, diced
- 10 ounces spaghetti, cooked
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cut into chunks
- Boil chicken & onions in 2 1/2 c water.
- Reserve 1 1/2 c broth.
- melt Velveeta in broth
- combine and put into 3 qt baking dish.
- bake 350 oven for 45 minutes.
