      Great variation on stuffed potatoes! We really enjoyed these. I used fat free sour cream. I served it with extra pizza sauce on the table for those who like lots of sauce. Accompanied by broccoli, it was a nice meal. Thanks for sharing!

      I made only one potato for me and my daughter. (She's 33, she's still my kid) This was our lunch today. We loved it! I used turkey pepperoni and red bell pepper cuz I was out of green. Her's was without mushrooms. This is so easy to prepare but the time to cook seems forever. I can see wanting to cook the potatoes in the microwave except that the skin doesn't come out nice and crisp. This was a really nice change for a good and satisfying lunch.       What a brilliant recipe! I made bf's as written and made a few adjustments to mine to reduce the fat. I mixed the pizza sauce in with the potato for mine and left out the chopped pepperoni. Both ways it was an excellent dish and one we'll certainly repeat with lots of variations!

      EPIC POTATOES!!! I made these minus the mushrooms. Just not a fan of mushrooms. I also goofed and forgot the sauce in the filling. This did not matter. I heated the sauce and poured it on top. Possibly the greatest potato dish I've had. The pizza flavor didn't overtake the potato and the potato didn't overtake the pizza. I give 5 stars even with my accidental tweak because these were a hit with everyone at the table. Also really good reheated for lunch the next day. Best part, GLUTEN FREE.

      This was definitely a kid pleaser... however for us adults it needed a bit more. I will make these again but use my homemade chunky basil sauce, a bit more sour cream, maybe some canadian bacon and more cheese. I did leave out the green pepper and mushrooms - that may have been the bit more we needed. Overall a good recipe I will make again

      Very tasty. I halved the recipe easily, and I added extra mushrooms & peppers into the potato mixture as well as on top. I used turkey pepperoni and low-fat sour cream. I didn't measure out the pizza sauce, but spooned about 1 Tbsp on each potato half. DH & I both really liked these; I made them a meal paired with a big green salad. Next time, I'll add chopped onions :)

      Delicious!!!! Because it's so hot, I did this completely in the microwave and it was great!!! A definite keeper!!!
