This gets a big 10 STARS from us! Perfect for a light supper on Friday after a long work week. I sauteed the mushrooms with the onions, so they wouldn't have as much moisture in them, but other than that, made as posted. I want to try it with some cooked, crumbled Italian turkey sausage also! Made for Fall 2011 PAC game.
What a great recipe! I omitted the meat for us this time, and I also sauteed the mushrooms with the onions and garlic. This is delicious and I will definately make this again and maybe put some hot Italian sausage in there. Thanks for sharing the recipe ChloeBaby!
