Puff Pastry goodness. Yummy finger food.


  1. Lay puff pastry sheet on a clean surface.
  2. Cover pastry with tomato paste, layer of ham and then a layer cheese.
  3. Roll pastry up and then cut pastry into pinwheels.
  4. Lay pinwheels on baking tray and put in pre-heated oven 180C for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
