This was quite delicious! I was a little afraid of the dough since it was - duh - pizza dough, but the flavorless crust lightened the outright decadence of the top. I made my own apple pie filling and carmelized some bananas for the filling and the result was divine!

I really liked this pizza! I used my own pizza crust recipe and made the dessert pizza with my left over dough. I only used the crumbs and icing this time because my boys don't like the fruit pizza. I needed a bit more milk to make the icing drizzle.

I upped the yeast to 1 tsp, I couldnt get any activity at all (maybe I need new yeast again), then it bloomed really well. The crust is crunchy. There is a pile of crumb topping which I love and I used a can of cherry pie filling. The glaze I needed a bit more milk to so I could drizzle it over the crumbs. It was really good once it had cooled a bit. I think to make this again I will use my regular pizza crust minus the olive oil. I would make this is again based on the instructions and the crumbs because they are awesome. Thanks

I make this also but use pizza crust from our local pizza place. Sometimes I even buy the Pillsbury pizza crust. It just makes it easier and quicker.
