I had to follow the recipe loosely because I discovered my bread machine's cord was broken. So I used pizza crust yeast. It's new to me and I didn't even have to let the dough rise! I used your ingredients but followed the pkg. directions(except I didn't use as much Parmesan cheese in the crust). To my horror I discovered I had no wine, so used a little lemon juice and some bottled pizza sauce added. Anyway, even with all the changes, I loved it! Oh, and I did add about 1/2 cup whole wheat flour in the crust. Thanks! Made for PAC(Pick a Chef) Oct. 2011 in the contest forum.
