I used half of this recipe tonight ti make a 1/2 and 1/2 pizza (half Hawaiian and 1/2 veggie). It turned out great. Adding the pepper was a new twist for me but we liked it. It was beautifully golden on the bottom and sides, I like deep dish style, and very light textured on the inside. Made for PAC, Spring 2014.
