the best Pizza Dough


  1. In a food processor mix water, milk, brown sugar salt and shortening mix foe 1 min then add corn meal olive oil and yest and continue mixing it for 1 min add the flour and mix it again turn the dough out on a lightly floured surface and form the dough into a ball and place it in a covered bowl at an ambient temperature of 70F 85 F LET IT REST ABOUT 45MINS to 1 hour then push down the dough and make a 12 “to 14” circle preheat your oven to 400°F.

I usually make pizza dough in the ABM, but decided to give the old processor a try. Glad I did. This was one of the easiest doughs to roll out. And great texture after baking. Will be making this again!

I think this is my 95th review of pizza dough. Not exactly a lifelong useful skill, but this IS the first dough I made with shortening. It's amazing the good things you find on the intertubes.
