I usually make pizza dough in the ABM, but decided to give the old processor a try. Glad I did. This was one of the easiest doughs to roll out. And great texture after baking. Will be making this again!
I think this is my 95th review of pizza dough. Not exactly a lifelong useful skill, but this IS the first dough I made with shortening. It's amazing the good things you find on the intertubes.
