Made a really thick, moist pizza, the way I like it. It came together really well mixed in my kitchen aid. I mixed in a little extra flour, but not much. I'm sure it would make a more normal pizza if stretched out to a more normal size. Will make again.
Worked very well! Instead of making a second pizza, we made some breadsticks. Mmmm. The tips about oven temperature and heating the stone are essential to a good pizza.
Fun! Easy! And very artisan for a basic pizza dough! Kids had fun making their own freeform pizzas. We enjoyed it both thin and medium thickness. I will definitely use this recipe again!
