We really loved this crust. My teenage son and I made This as a team, and he spread it out better than me LOL. The dough was perfect, I used one 16" and 12", we thought we could make one thicker and one a thin crust, my husband says it was better than the pizzeria, it was so filling we froze one for later. Wonderful texture, will make this again with our pizza and a movie night.

I have only made homemade pizza once before, and that wasn't actually homemade, for I bought the crust. I loved making my own pizza, and after that I decided to really make one. So, I went to this site and found yours- it was the first one that I looked up. I must say, this made the best pizza I have ever had! I love being able to put how much of each ingredient I want- I chose lots of sauce, onion, green pepper, and just a little cheese. I enjoyed going out and buying the ingredients- pepperoni, chopped ham, green pepper, and pizza cheese. The crust was delicious- nice and crisp, yet it was also soft. I made four pizzas, serving the eight of us. Now, I will never have to go out for pizza again! (I hope!) Thanks for sharing this awesome recipe!

Terrific pizza recipe! This is the first recipe I've found that makes a dough that isn't too stiff to pat out and the final pizzas tasted great too. This is the one I'll use from now on. Thanks!
