A fast, tasty and healthy way to satisfy a taste for pizza or serve a fun no-cook hors d'oeuvre. Inspired by a late night pregnancy craving!
- 1 multi-grain cracker (2" round works well)
- 1 slice part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon tomato sauce
- garlic powder, to taste
- dried oregano, to taste
- Top cracker with (in this order): cheese, tomato sauce, spices.
awesome! put a little basil in between the cheese and the tomato, and you'll enjoy it more!
These were great little appy's. The kids really enjoyed them. I did put pizza sauce on the cheese and put pepperoni on some of them, they really liked the pepperoni on them. I added italian seasoning with the other spices. I made some with your recipe. Then added the pepperoni and some plain ones.. Thanks for a great little appy that I can use again and again!
These make a very quick yummy little snack. I did enjoy these but found that the flavor was more pizza like after popping them in the toaster oven for a few minutes. Thanks for the neat idea!
