I just kind of threw everything together and ate it as meal. Portions are a guesstimate!
- 2 -3 cups prepared coleslaw mix
- 1⁄2 cup pizza sauce
- 1⁄3 cup fat free mozzarella cheese
- 15 slices turkey pepperoni
- 2 tablespoons sliced olives
- onion, to taste
- Mix it all together--let it sit for a couple of hours and enjoy!
I was intrigued by the list of ingredients in this recipe...it's not often that a recipe is completely original in the combination, as this one is. However, it tasted really bad. I'm sorry to give a bad review, but I ended up throwing the whole thing in my compost bin. Very disappointing.
