Made these for my boys for lunch. I used ground beef instead of turkey as that is all I had. My boys enjoyed them and they were easy to make. I made them on the grill.

This was a super easy lunch because I had leftover burgers from a dinner earlier in the week. I took the cold burgers, topped with parmesan cheese then sauce in a casserole dish and let them warm for 15 minutes in the oven. Then I sprinkled cheese on top and baked about 4 minutes more, until it was melted. If I was making this without the leftovers, I would definatly put some onion powder, garlic powder, seasoning salt, worcheshire sauce and an egg in with the meat mixture, no one has good "tasters" around here so I need to season everything well, but other then that I think this is a fine recipe. thanks for posting!

This made a great lunch!! Wanted to do this on the BBQ but started to rain - so made it on our George Foreman grill. Grilled the patties added a slice of mozzarella cheese at the end and added the pizza sauce (that we heated a bit in the microwave before) when we served them! Thanks mliss29! :)

Just wonderful and so easy, perfect for us right now and all times in the future that we want a healthful snack or a quick lunch. As it happened I had ground turkey in the freezer, defrosted added homemade breadcrumbs and parm cheese. Held together nicely and added a wonderful taste to the ground turkey. I used a non stick skillet with some cooking spray and browned it nicely. After that was done, I chose to add some mushrooms and sliced onion that I also warmed up in the pan with cooking spray. I didn't have a roll so just served it open faced topped with the pizza sauce, onion, mushroom, and fresh mozzarella cheese. I put the whole sandwich under the broiler for 4 minutes to warm and brown the top of bit. Certainly a bit of heaven here, absolutely terrific......Thank you mliss! This is a great recipe, and especially when you are wanting something pretty quick and easy to make, but not just the same old burger. Thanks for the great recipe.

Loved it!!!!! These were fantastic! We made a few slight variations: We used ground beef brisket in place of turkey, & we didn't have shredded mozzarella cheese, so we used slices. we grilled the hamburger patties & removed them from the pan. We topped them with sauce & cheese & put them under the broiler for a minutes, & then YUM! :) Great recipe!
