I found this recipe in an old Del Monte recipe book.

  1. In skillet, brown meat with garlic and red pepper.
  2. Salt and pepper to taste; drain.
  3. Add tomatoes; cook, uncovered, over medium-high heat about 6 minutes or until thickened.
  4. Stir in corn.
  5. Spread over bread; top with cheese, olives and green onions.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 400 degrees.
